2. Services Provided

Bondre & Associates provides electrical contracting services, including but not limited to electrical installation, maintenance, and comprehensive electrical turnkey projects for government and commercial clients.

3. Service Requests

When you request a service or project quote, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your needs, scope of work, and relevant project details. Any delays in providing such information may delay the execution of the work.

4. Project Proposals and Quotes

All project proposals or quotes provided by Bondre & Associates are subject to change based on further assessment or project specifications.
A written contract must be signed by both parties before work begins on any electrical project. The final scope, timeline, and pricing for any services or projects will be detailed in the agreement.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services provided by Bondre & Associates is due according to the terms outlined in the contract.
Payment terms, including any applicable deposits, milestones, or final payments, will be detailed in each individual project agreement.
If payment is not received by the due date, Bondre & Associates reserves the right to charge interest on the overdue amount and suspend further services until payment is made.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide access to your property or project site as necessary for the completion of electrical work. You are responsible for ensuring that the site is safe and clear of any obstacles.
You agree to notify us of any issues or concerns during the course of the work, in a timely manner.

7. Changes to Projects

Any changes or modifications to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may result in adjustments to the project cost and timeline.
We reserve the right to modify the scope of services or make changes in order to comply with regulatory requirements or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

Bondre & Associates warrants the quality and functionality of our electrical installations and services for a specified period as stated in the project agreement or warranty document.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. However, this warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, natural disasters, or third-party interference.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bondre & Associates will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, or for any errors or omissions in our work, except as required by law. Our total liability will be limited to the amount paid for the service provided under the agreement.

10. Force Majeure

Bondre & Associates shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, acts of government, or any other unforeseen events that prevent or delay our ability to complete work as scheduled.

11. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will treat all confidential information shared with us during the course of providing our services with the utmost care. Any proprietary or sensitive information that you provide to us will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

12. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Bondre & Associates adheres to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to those related to building codes, safety standards, and environmental laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that the site or project complies with the relevant government regulations, and we will not be held liable for any legal violations that occur.

13. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice if the other party fails to meet the terms of the contract, including failure to pay or meet deadlines.
Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for any work performed up to that point.

14. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including designs, plans, and any other materials created or provided by Bondre & Associates during the course of the project, shall remain the property of Bondre & Associates unless otherwise stated in the contract.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes that arise from the performance or interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties, in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].

16. Modifications to Terms
